YeboDeals – Return Policy

1. Introduction

At YeboDeals, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Our Return Policy explains which products can be returned, which cannot, and how the return process works directly through our system.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Eligible Products:
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items not matching the description
  • Products received in the wrong quantity or variant

All returns must be requested through the YeboDeals system within 14 days of delivery. The system will generate a return authorization automatically, and you can track the return status directly in your account.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Non-Eligible Products:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective
  • Digital products after download or access
  • Products returned after the 14-day window

These items cannot be returned through the system, and refunds will not be processed unless required by law or the item is defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your YeboDeals account.
  • Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
  • Click Request Return and follow the instructions.
  • The system will generate a return authorization and label (if applicable).
  • Ship the product back using the return method suggested by the system.

All returns must be completed through the YeboDeals platform. Off-system returns will not be processed.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the system will automatically process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to your YeboDeals Wallet for easy use on future purchases.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to YeboDeals’ error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested for eligible products only. To exchange:

  • Initiate the return through the system.
  • Select the replacement item if available in stock.
  • The system will handle both return and shipment of the replacement item automatically.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report damaged or incorrect items immediately via the system.
  • Attach photos or videos as requested.
  • The system will ensure a full refund to your wallet or replacement without manual intervention.
