4. What Can Be Sold on YeboDeals

Only items that meet our marketplace standards may be sold:

• Items you personally make, design, handpick, or source responsibly.
• Crafts, handmade goods, and products that comply with local laws.
• Digital products delivered electronically.

All listings must disclose:

• How the item was made and by whom.
• The origin of materials used.
• Any use of production partners or AI in creation.

5. What Cannot Be Sold

• Illegal items, weapons, or controlled substances.
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Items intended solely for resale or dropshipping (unless allowed as craft supplies).
• Gift cards not issued by YeboDeals.
• Fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading items.

6. Purchases & Payment

• All purchases require valid payment methods.
• Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock issues or errors.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• YeboDeals is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
• International buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Item not received, damaged, or not as described.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• EU/UK buyers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for non-customized items.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and software on YeboDeals are protected by law.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
• Sellers retain ownership of their creations but grant YeboDeals a license to display listings.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Manipulating reviews, search results, or sales rankings.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity on YeboDeals.
• Disclosing private information without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages caused by misuse of our Services or third-party actions.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, they are subject to the laws of the Republic of Zambia. EU/UK buyers may have additional rights under local law.
